Aucklander Will O’Rourke moved from Christchurch in 2019 to study at the University of Canterbury and play club cricket. He was already on Canterbury’s radar after a stint with the NZ U19s but after a strong season with Burnside and Canterbury ‘A’, WOR got the call-up for his maiden contract. Standing at 197cm tall, Will offers an X-Factor to the team and has a bright future ahead.
