The Wizards Go Back to School campaign gives selected schools the opportunity to adopt a member of the State Canterbury Wizards squad for the 2008/09 season. The player will visit the school a during the season to meet students and undertake some coaching and the school then can receive points and prizes based on that players performance during the State campaign.
The winning school will be invited en mass to a State Shield One Day match in the New year.
Schools scores 1 point per run, 10 points per wicket and catch, and bonus points for scores of 50 or more and 5 wickets taken.
